“Amy’s sourdough class is as fun as it is informative. Her approach of hands-on training provides students the opportunity to see and feel the process in a way that assures retention and initial success. Students leave with a delicious loaf of bread and the confidence that they can replicate the results on their own. The spin-off in our house has included crackers from sourdough cast off, loaves of multiple shapes, and even some outrageous biscuits from a recipe Amy shared. I should add that brunch was delightful as well!”
